The Store app and Windows 10's Application settings will gladly let you move the game's data to another drive, but the game will just keep crashing back to the desktop. If you dig around in the system logs a bit, you can see that those games tend to try to access non-existent files on drive C: instead of wherever else you installed them to. I have successfully downloaded and launched the Xbox beta app on my Windows 10 PC, and I went to the game catalogue to download Hollow Knights. All worked well, until I closed the app. When I went to check on the download, I was presented with the Xbox app as a blank, grey screen. It has sat like this for twenty minutes and I'm unsure the cause. Download Windows apps for your Windows tablet or computer. Browse thousands of free and paid apps by category, read user reviews, and compare ratings. Once accessed is granted, scroll down to the list of apps allowed to use the microphone and ensure that the toggle associated with the Xbox Console Companion (Xbox App) is Enabled. Allowing the Xbox App to use the microphone; Once the setting is On, restart your computer and see if the issue is resolved at the next system startup.
To connect your PC to your Xbox One console:

On your PC, open the Xbox Console Companionapp and choose the Connection icon on the left side (looks like a little Xbox One).
Choose your Xbox, and then choose Connect.
From now on, the Xbox app will connect to your Xbox One automatically, as long as it's on.
Windows Xbox App Not Working
Note: if you need to find your console's name, on the console, press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Profiles & system (your account icon) > Settings > System > Console info. If you need to find its IP address, in Settings, choose General > Network settings > Advanced settings.
